We have long focused on civil and commercial law. As a law firm, we specialise primarily in real estate and corporate matters. Team
I have been working with development and financial groups since 2002, including Occollo, SEKYRA Group, PPF, CRESTYL, and Metrostav Development. Since the very beginning, my work has focused primarily on real estate and all related legal matters.

Reduced hourly rate with success-based fee
In specific cases, a reduced hourly rate combined with a success-based fee can be arranged. This model is typically applied in litigation.
Flat-rate fee
For long-term cooperation, a monthly flat-rate fee can be agreed upon. In specific cases, a one-off flat fee may also be arranged for a particular case or business matter.
Reduced flat-rate with success-based fee
In specific cases, a reduced flat-rate fee combined with a success-based fee may be agreed upon. This arrangement is typically used in litigation and remains relatively rare.
